Registration
- Click on the "2010 Schedule" Pdf Formline (B) to determine the start date for the program
you want to attend.
- Click on the "Workshop Structure" Pdf Form (C) Print and retain this form. Print a copy of the entire 6 pages to keep for your reference. This form provides times, dates and procedures we will follow throughout the 8 weeks. It also provides information about the structure of the workshops. The last four pages include agreements you are asked to sign. Two copies are for your records and the last two signed copies are Kids First copies; please bring them to the registration desk the first day of program.
TO REGISTER ONLINE
- Click on the "Register online" (A) and complete all of the pages of the Registration Form. (click on “Submit” as you complete each page.) After completing the online registration form you will be on page 6. Print and retain a copy of the confirmation page.
- Click on the submit button and your information will be entered in to our database.
- Confidentiality Agreement: You will now be on page 7, where you will be asked to read and check the box. Please read this information. Do not check the box until you have done so.
- Workshop Structure Form: If you have not already done so, print a copy of this entire form, copy of the last two pages to sign and submit. (as described in step 2 above.)
- Click the submit button
- From this page, you may pay your registration fees through PayPalor you may contact Kids First for other arrangements.
